Disclaimer: This node will be deprecated in a future version. Please consider using the standard (non-Labs) Row Filter node, which supports multiple conditions starting from KNIME Analytics Platform version 5.3.
This node allows to filter rows based on a query defined in the node dialog.
A query can contain conditions on multiple columns,
which can be grouped and combined with either the logical AND or logical OR operation.
The row filter also allows to apply conditions to the RowID as well as index based conditions.
The corresponding columns are called <RowID> and <RowINDEX> and are always the top most options when
opening the drop down for column selection. The <RowID> is treated as a string column, while the <RowINDEX> is considered
to be numerical starting at index 0.
^foo.*
" matches anything that starts with "foo". The '^'-character
stands for the beginning of the word, the dot matches any (one) character,
and the asterisk allows any number (including zero) of the previous character.[0-9]*
" matches any string of digits (including the empty string).
The [
]
define a set of characters (they could be
added individually like [0123456789]
, or by range). This set
matches any (one) character included in the set.You want to see the source code for this node? Click the following button and we’ll use our super-powers to find it for you.
