CS2 Check Compounds V3

This component will determine if any of the compounds streamed in are controlled substances using Scitegrity's Controlled Substances Squared (CS2) webservice. Press configure on this component and enter your CS2 username and password on the component, whether you would like to see precusor results and the jurisdictions you would like to search. Options

Show Precursor Controls in Results
Would you like to show precursor results? If yes set this to true otherwise set this to false
CS2 username and password
Enter your CS2 username (this is your email address) and password
Jurisdictions to Search (provide a comma separated list, leave blank for all)
Provide a comma separated list of the jurisdictions you would like to search, if you leave this blank all the jurisdictions you are subscribed to will be searched

Input Ports

Input should be a table containing a column called input with the SMILES or InChI strings of the compounds which will have their controlled status determined. Optionally another column named id can be included which contains identifiers for the compounds that are input. This idenitifier will be returned in the results.

Output Ports

Icon
CS2 controlled substance determination results are output from this port.

Any errors that occur will be sent out of this port
