Installation Script and Checking

The Setup Diagnosis node reports possible problems in the plugin installation and set-up. KNIME_batch.py script is run to install KNIME features and update Schrodinger extensions in an existing or new KNIME installation.

The Schrodinger zipped update site and KNIME installers have to be downloaded first because the corresponding update sites arepassword protected or require Terms and Conditions agreement. "$SCHRODINGER/run" -FROM knime KNIME_install.py -verbose -features_list "$SCHRODINGER/knime-v*/data/full_free_features.lst""$SCHRODINGER/knime-v*/bin/*/knime/" The nodes can be installed from a corporate updated site (or zipped version) by adding it to the -updatesitecomma separate list.
