Compound plating report

This component extracts report files generated by Echo acoustic dispenser and extracts compounds which have been successfully transferred onto destination plates. Input can be a single file or multiple files in a selected folder. Final report will include Compound ID, Destination Plate Barcode, and Destination Plate Well. Additionally, users can view the final concentration of compounds dispensed (especially in concentration response experiments).

For compounds which failed to transfer, users can designate alternative name (default: EMPTY) for record purposes. Additionally a list of compounds which failed to transfer can be viewed in another node output
