ChEMBL credentials (applicable only if the first credentials retrieval mode is selected)

Set the credentials for the ChEMBL database. This is only applicable if the ChEMBL Database Credentials Retrieval Mode is set to "Set user and password".

ChEMBL DB host port (applicable only if PostgreSQL database type is selected)

ChEMBL database host port. By default, the port for a PostgreSQL database is 5432 but also other database types can be set up.

ChEMBL SQLite file (applicable only if SQLite database type is selected)

Select the ChEMBL SQLite file to use.

ChEMBL DB Credentials Retrieval Mode (applicable only if PostgreSQL database type is selected)

The mode to use for retrieving ChEMBL database credentials.%%000101. Set user and password%%000102. Retrieve from specified KNIME Hub instance

ChEMBL database type

Select the ChEMBL database type to use.

ChEMBL DB host (applicable only if PostgreSQL database type is selected)

ChEMBL database host. If you point to a local database, the default is "localhost".

KNIME Hub mountpoint (applicable only if 2nd credentials retrieval mode is selected)

KNIME Hub mountpoint to retrieve ChEMBL credentials. This is only applicable if the ChEMBL Database Credentials Retrieval Mode parameter is set to "Retrieve from specified KNIME Hub instance".

ChEMBL DB version (applicable only if PostgreSQL database type is selected)

ChEMBL database version. This is how the database is named. By default, it is: "chembl_" (e.g. chembl_35, chembl_33).
