ChEMBL DB Connection

Options

ChEMBL credentials (relevant only if 1st credentials retrieval mode is selected): Set credentials of the ChEMBL database. This is relevant only if the ChEMBL Database Credentials Retrieval Mode is set to "Set user and password"
ChEMBL DB host port: ChEMBL database host port. By default, the port for a PostgreSQL database is 5432 but also other database types can be set up.
ChEMBL DB Credentials Retrieval Mode: The mode to use for retrieving ChEMBL database credentials.%%000101. Set user and password%%000102. Retrieve from specified KNIME Hub instance
ChEMBL DB host: ChEMBL database host. If you point to a local database, the default is "localhost".
KNIME Hub mountpoint (relevant only if 2nd credentials retrieval mode is selected): KNIME Hub mountpoint to retrieve ChEMBL credentials. This is relevant only if the ChEMBL Database Credentials Retrieval Mode parameter is set to "Retrieve from specified KNIME Hub instance".
ChEMBL DB version: ChEMBL database version. This is how the database is named. By default, it is: "chembl_" (e.g. chembl_35, chembl_33).
