ConsensusTextReader

This node can be used to read the output of the TextExporter tool into a KNIME table. The TextExporter, when applied to a consensusXML file, writes out information on the contained consensus elements. Namely the consensus location (mz and rt) and the location, quality, intensity, and charge of all the individual sub-elements. All these information will be parsed into a KNIME table.

Input Ports

: Incoming text file created with the TextExporter node.

Output Ports

: Table containing the information on the consensus elements.
