IBIS Helmholtz-Node extension for KNIME Workbench version by IBIS KNIME Team

The FeatureCountsMerger can be used to merge the results of multiple feature count runs.
The node takes as input a list of feature count files and returns a table with the merged counts.


Set the path to the file where the merged counts should be stored.
Header format options
Remove the path of the file in the header: Choose whether to only take the name of the file as header caption.
Remove the ending of the file in the header: Choose whether to remove the ending of the file in the header caption.

Input Ports

Paths to FeatureCountFiles are expected to be in the first column.

Output Ports

Merged count matrix which is written to the specified output file.
Row names: IDs of features.
Column headers are the names of the samples.
Cell 0...n: Count of features in the samples.


The node offers a direct view of its standard out and the standard error of the tool.
