FeatureCountsMerger

The FeatureCountsMerger can be used to merge the results of multiple feature count runs.
The node takes as input a list of feature count files and returns a table with the merged counts.

Options

Output

Set the path to the file where the merged counts should be stored.

Header format options

Remove the path of the file in the header: Choose whether to only take the name of the file as header caption.
Remove the ending of the file in the header: Choose whether to remove the ending of the file in the header caption.

Views

STDOUT / STDERR

The node offers a direct view of its standard out and the standard error of the tool.
