FeatureCountsStatisticMerger

The FeatureCountsStatisticMerger can be used to merge the statistics of multiple featureCounts runs into one file in order to post-process that data.

Options

Input
The node searches recursively all folders and sub-folders of the input directory for output files of a featureCounts run.
Output
Set the path to the output folder, where the output files should be stored. The output files will be named after the selected modules.
Modules to merge
Decide whether statistical modules should be used for merging the data.
