Duplicate Transactions

This analytic test is used to identify any potentially duplicated transactions. Duplicate transactions could indicate employee errors, system errors, or fraudulent transactions, including collusion. In the example we are checking the SAP Vendor purchasing document header and item data contained in tables EKKO and EKPO. This analytic workflow can be amended to suit to a wide variety of other data (e.g. invoices, payments, payroll, corporate card transactions, expense reports etc.)

The analytic identifies potential duplicate transactions by displaying records that have the same values for the combination of fields on which the user chooses to perform a duplicate test.
