ChEBI Retriever

The database and ontology of Chemical Entities of Biological Interest (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/chebi/). This node uses ChEBI's SOAP web service to retrieve database records by ChEBI ids.

Options

ChEBI ID: Column containing ChEBI IDs as Strings (e.g., CHEBI:27732)
Get Complete Entity: Retrieves the complete entity including synonyms, database links and chemical structures, using the ChEBI identifier.
Get Ontology Parents: Retrieves the ontology parents of an entity including the relationship type, using the ChEBI identifier.
Get Ontology Children: Retrieves the ontology children of an entity including the relationship type, using the ChEBI identifier.
Get Ontology Children in Path: Retrieves the ontology children of an entity including the relationship type, using the ChEBI identifier.
Relationship Type: The ontological relationship type.
With Chemical Structures: If only results that contain a chemical structure should be retrieved.
