RDKit Aromatizer

Aromatizes an RDKit molecule. Note, although the output molecules are aromatized and will be treated as such, the RDKit renderer in the table visualization will still show them in kekulized form. However, other molecule renderers may visualize aromaticity differently.

Options

RDKit mol column: The input column with RDKit Molecules.
New column name: The name of the new column, which will contain the aromatized RDKit molecules.
Remove source column: If checked, the source column is removed from the result table.

: Input table with RDKit molecules.

Output Ports

: Output table with aromatized RDKit molecules.
