RDKit Aromatizer

Aromatizes an RDKit Molecule. Note, although the output molecules are aromatized and will be treated as such, the RDKit renderer in the table visualization will still show them in kekulized form. However, other molecule renderers may visualize aromaticity differently.

Options

RDKit Mol column
The input column with RDKit Molecules.
New column name
The name of the new column, which will contain the calculation results.
Remove source column
Set to true to remove the specified source column from the result table.
