Universe Marker

This node prepares the input data to be used in mining nodes for parallel universes, such as the Neighborgram node or the Fuzzy CU Means cluster node. The dialog allows to label certain input columns as members (attributes) for certain universes, i.e. descriptor space.

Options

Dialog: Use the 'Add' button to define a new universe. In the occuring sub panel, define the columns contributing to that universe by shifting them in to the left (include) list. Give the universe a reasonable name using the text field. A universe definition can be deleted using the remove button.

Input Ports

: Unprepared data.

Output Ports

: Input data but with annotated columns.
: Model suitable to annotate test data using the corresponding "Apply" node
