This node can be used to read the output of the TextExporter tool into a KNIME table. TextExporter, when applied to an idXML file, writes out information on the identified peptides, namely RT, m/z, score, rank, sequence, charge, amino acids before and after, the type of score (q-value, PEP, ...), a search identifier and the protein accesions. All these information will be parsed into a KNIME table.
