PubChem BioAssays

The PubChem BioAssay Database contains bioactivity screens of chemical substances described in PubChem Substance. It provides searchable descriptions of each bioassay, including descriptions of the conditions and readouts specific to that screening procedure.

This node gets BioAssay information based on the given AIDs. It is using the Power User Gateway. General information about an assay can be found on the PubChem website.

Options

Single AID: Use the selected AID.
AID column: Use AIDs from the selected column in the input table.

Input Ports

: Table containing the AIDs.

Output Ports

: BioAssay data (tested substances, activity results, ...).
