MS Viewer

Interactively displays survey (MS1) scans of a mass-spectometry experiment in mzML format.
It starts a python-based Bokeh server and connects to it in a Generic JavaScript View. Therefore you need a python/conda environment with pyopenms, bokeh, holoviews and datashader.
