Product Search Tool

<p>This tool performs <strong>fault-tolerant product Gtin lookup</strong> on product data. It takes a Gtin-identifier provided by the agent and looks it up in the database using exorbyte's Approximate String Matcher. If an exact match is found, it returns the corresponding row containing all relevant information. If no exact match is found, it returns the 5 rows with the most closely matching Gtin-identifiers.</p><p></p>
