It is designed to streamline the creation of Dockerfiles for establishing execution contexts on the KNIME Business Hub. This tool simplifies the process from start to finish, offering a user-friendly interface.
It's four steps are displayed on four pages:
1. Executor Version and Update Site Selection
Begin by choosing the version of your execution context and the update sites from which all necessary extensions will be fetched. Add specific, self-hosted update sites based on your requirements.
2. Extension Selection
Scan spaces on your KNIME Business Hub instance to identify extensions essential for running workflows within the selected spaces—the necessary extensions are detected and added automatically. Of course, you can also explicitly chose the extension to install.
3. External Tool Configuration
Configure the scripting languages Python and R and include the required packages to enhance your execution context.
4. Preview and Download Dockerfile
Review the final Dockerfile and do manual changes to ensure completeness before proceeding to download the Dockerfile.
