Classification Threshold Analysis

This node performs threshold analysis for binary classification or retrieval results with confidence values. It allows to calculate Accuracy, Precision, Recall and F1 measures depending on varying threshold on confidence/probability values.

Options

Original class column

Select the column that contains the original target classes. This column has to be of type String

Positive class probability

Select the column containing predicted probabilities for the selected positive class

Positive class values

Choose the target label that defines the positive class. the rest of labels will be treated as a single negative class.
