This Data App helps businesses measure the Revenue Growth KPI, that is the percentage increase (or decrease) in a company's revenues over time, providing insights into business performance and market momentum. The workflow calculates the Revenue Growth KPI of a fictitious company, for the years 2021-2023. The workflow reads journal entries (debit and credit) from an Excel file (or other sources like SAP, Salesforce, Odoo, or databases) and handles missing debit and credit values for data consistency. Next, it sums monthly credit amounts as revenues for the selected year and computes the monthly revenue growth rate. Lastly, it visualizes revenue totals and growth rates interactively.
