1 Column Hierarchy Breakout

Split a one column hierarchy out to a parent child column map based on a delimitator. This automatically handles both indent based hiearchy structures with a single entry per line, or full address hierarchy structures with parent and child relationships broken out by a charater patterns. It also allows for a sub-breakout for cases like account numbers and account names included in each hierarchy level.
