BEDGraphWriter

writes bedGraph file based on chromosome, position value and offset

combines rows with increasing chromosomal position (by 1) and same value into one output row.

Options

OutFile: Name of the output file.
Chromosome column: Column with Chromosome ID. This will be the first column in the output file.
Position column: This gives the position with the chromosome and is the basis for the start/stop position (col 2 and 3).
Value column: data value (column 4)
Offset: Off-set. This value is added (+) to the position column.
