IDRTCalibration

Can be used to calibrate RTs of peptide hits linearly to standards.

Options

version: Version of the tool that generated this parameters file.
calibrant_1_reference: The RT of the first calibrant in the reference file.
calibrant_2_reference: The RT of the second calibrant in the reference file.
calibrant_1_input: The RT of the first calibrant in the input file. Please note that this value needs to be set. The default value -1.0 is not allowed.
calibrant_2_input: The RT of the second calibrant in the input file. Please note that this value needs to be set. The default value -1.0 is not allowed.
log: Name of log file (created only when specified)
debug: Sets the debug level
threads: Sets the number of threads allowed to be used by the TOPP tool
no_progress: Disables progress logging to command line
force: Overrides tool-specific checks
test: Enables the test mode (needed for internal use only)

IDRTCalibration Std Output: The text sent to standard out during the execution of IDRTCalibration.
IDRTCalibration Error Output: The text sent to standard error during the execution of IDRTCalibration. (If it appears in gray, it's the output of a previously failing run which is preserved for your trouble shooting.)
