Joins model formulas and data in one table so that every microbial data set is assigned to all models. Furthermore, the node assigns parameter symbols in formulas (e.g. 't') to parameter names (in this case 'time') in preparation for a model estimation. 'Data' could be time series of bacterial concentrations from laboratory experiments, needed for a primary estimation, or primary models needed for a secondary estimation.
Available joining options depend on the input. For example, if a formula and bacterial concentrations are used as input only the 'Primary Join' is possible.
