Options

Sequence Column: The String column containing the sequences
Sequence Alphabet: The sequence type. A warning will be set if this differs from that expected based on the column properties of the sequence column
Alphabet Subset: The subset of the alphabet to use. A warning will be set if this differs from that expected based on the column properties of the sequence column
Case sensitive parsing: If set, upper and lower case residues will be counted separately
Report Counts: The counts of each residue type are reported
Report Percentages: The percentages of each residue type are reported
