Read MDB

Opens a MOE MDB file and converts it to an input stream. Default cell type for molecules is SdfCell. To enforce a different cell type define a fieldname and fieldtype pair in the tab Molecule Fields.

Options

Filename

Filename of MDB Database

Knime Field Type Assignments

Define KNIME field types for fields of type molecule. Default is moe.

Do not convert MOE Fields

If on fields of type moe will not be converted to the default type set above.
