Write MDB

Writes a stream containing molecules and/or basic datatypes to a MOE molecular database file.

Options

Filename

Select MDB file to write to

Write Row ID to column

Write KNIME RowID to a new column

Skip columns with non-standard types

Columns with data types unknown by MOE will be ignored

Overwrite OK

If on, no error message will be thrown if file already exists.

Pack Output Database

If on, conformational Databases will be packed.
