Challenge description:
The HR Department of your company is flooded with CVs of candidates who applied for a job vacancy in the IT & Data Dept. The HR manager has a hard time keeping up with the review of each candidate’s CV, as well as identifying the most suitable candidates and their skills.
Build a CV summarizer that relies on the LLM of your choice to summarize candidates’ CVs. You should also extract profile pics, candidates’ names and emails. Organize extracted information in an interactive dashboard.
The dashboard should also include features of your choice (e.g., filter by keyword, candidate-job matching scores, etc.) to facilitate the work of the HR manager and streamline the identification of suitable candidates. Enable exporting results.
Key requirement: you must keep the use of the LLM to a minimum and include at least 2 features for candidate selection in the dashboard.
Outcome:
An LLM-driven CV summarizer and an interactive dashboard that supports functionalities for easier candidate selection.
Deliver your solution as a separate workflow and name it: Solution_Round_16_
