Load input spectra

Load input mass spectra in the open mzML(.gz) format. If your files are still in a raw vendor format, try to convert them first using external software or the OpenMS FileConverter node (for Thermo RAW on all platforms or more on Windows; using ProteoWizard).
Configure the node for choosing local files or use the Interactive View to pick a file on a KNIME Server.
