Convert Human Genome Assembly

This component converts the coordinates between different assembly versions of the human genome. This is done using an endpoint from Ensembl's REST API (http://rest.ensembl.org/documentation/info/assembly_map).

Options

Select Start Position Column

Select column with start position of the region that should be converted. It should follow the format chr:position, for example X:1000000 or 7:21946.

Select Region End Column

Select column with end position of the region that should be converted. If you want to map only a single nucleotide you can use the same column for start and end position.

Convert Coordinates from

Select the version of the input assembly.

Convert Coordinates to

Select the version of the output assembly.
