Select (or Include) on the right panel only those columns that should be EXCLUDED while developing model for imputation:

Columns in the right panel would NOT be used for developing random forest model for imputation. For examples ID columns or target column be placed in the right panel.

Select (or Include) on the right panel only those columns that should be INCLUDED while developing model for imputation:

Columns in the right panel only would be used by RandomForest modeler.
