Sugar Remover

This node removes all the sugars present in the structure of a compound. The sugar can be terminal or connect other substructures and in that case, all the substructures with more than 5 bonds are kept.

Options

Molecule column: Select the column containing the molecular structure.
Append Column: Appends a new molecule column (with the name as specified in the text field) if checked, replaces the original column otherwise.

Output Ports

: As input but with structure without sugars
