IonMobilityBinning

Splits an mzML file with IonMobility frames into multiple mzML files by binning(merging) spectra by their IM values

Options

version: Version of the tool that generated this parameters file.
bins: Number of ion mobility bins to split the input file into
bin_extension_abs: Absolute extension of the bin in IM dimension (causes bins to overlap by 2x this value)
log: Name of log file (created only when specified)
debug: Sets the debug level
threads: Sets the number of threads allowed to be used by the TOPP tool
no_progress: Disables progress logging to command line
force: Overrides tool-specific checks
test: Enables the test mode (needed for internal use only)
mz_binning_width: Width of the m/z bins
mz_binning_width_unit: Unit of the m/z bin width

IonMobilityBinning Std Output: The text sent to standard out during the execution of IonMobilityBinning.
IonMobilityBinning Error Output: The text sent to standard error during the execution of IonMobilityBinning. (If it appears in gray, it's the output of a previously failing run which is preserved for your trouble shooting.)
