SmallMoleculeMzTabReader

This node reads the small molecule section of the mzTab standard (as of 07/2013) into a table. mzTab files from other sections of the standard will make the execution fail, so make sure that you only provide data from the small molecule section. Note: This read will ignore all optional columns in the table.

Options

include optional columns: Defines if the parser simply ignores any optional column found in the mzTab file or if he includes it in the final table. Note that if set to true, the final table specification can only be generated when the node is executed.

Input Ports

: The mzTab file containing the small molecule data.

Output Ports

: Datatable containing the small molecule information from the mzTab file.
