Create Well Position

The node creates a new string column with the well position, given two input columns with the plate row (numeric or alphabetic) and plate column (numeric) information.

This node supports well plates up to 1536 wells.

Options

Plate row: The string, double or integer column containing the row information of the well.
Plate column: The string, double or integer column containing the column information of the well.
Delete source columns: If checked, source columns will be dismissed
Use sortable format: If checked, 'Well Position' will become alphabetical sortable like A01, A02, A13

: Table with plate row and plate column information

Output Ports

: Input table with 'Well Position' column appended
