PIA Compiler

To start a new analysis, you need to compile the search results of one or more search engine runs. The data is structured to speed up further analyses. The result is saved as an XML file, which is used as input for the PIA analysis nodes.

Options

input files: Path or local URLs to search engine result files.
name: A distinctive name of the compilation, can be left blank.

Input Ports

: The spectrum identification results files, which should be compiled for this analysis. Either the path to the files or the local URLs are required.

Output Ports

: The PIA intermediate XML file containing the compilation of search results. To save space the file will be stored as GZipped binary file. It can be saved to any Location using the "Binary Objects to Files" node.
