Stress at Work – Comparing Self-Employed and Corporate Workers
This workflow is all about exploring an important question: "Do self-employed individuals experience more occupational stress than those working in corporate environments?" Using a dataset .....
Data Cleaning
We focus on the most important columns, like Occupation, Growing_Stress, Coping_Struggles, and Mental_Health_History.
Any missing or incomplete information removed so our analysis stays reliable.
People are grouped into two categories: self-employed and corporate employees to make comparisons easy.
Understanding the Data
How does stress differ between the two groups? Are there any obvious patterns or surprises?
What factors—like mental health history or struggles with coping—seem connected to stress levels?
Do these trends vary depending on where someone lives? For example, is stress higher in one country than another?
Testing the Hypothesis
We compare the average stress levels between the two groups to see if one group experience more stress than other.
We also check for links between stress and other factors, like struggled with coping.
Visualizing the Results
Bar charts and box plots show how stress levels differ between the two groups.
Heatmaps highlight patterns in how people cope with stress.
Maps help us see stress trends across different countries.
