PSM Rescoring

Performs rescoring of peptide spectrum matches based on score distributions of targets and decoys (IDPEP) or multiple peptide features (Percolator). Output are the same PSMs with a new main score (Posterior Error Probability, where lower scores are better and scores are roughly comparable across search engines).

Use Percolator instead of simple IDPEP
Main score output
Pick the main score output for peptides.%%00010PEP is usually the best choice for further processing, while FDR can be used if you intend a final filter after this node.
