Alphafold Database Search Examples

This workflow provides some examples on how to use the Alphafold Database Search component. Simply enter a search term and open the view to see the results. It is possible to search for genes and proteins, also UniProt IDs can be used for the query. The view inculdes the 3D Molecule Viewer and a table of the search results.

The Alphafold AI system predicts a protein's 3D structure from its amino acid sequence. The component uses an existing already trained version of Alphafold to predict the 3D structure.
