Manage List of Executor Images

<p>Manage KNIME executor images as they appear in the list when configuring an execution context.</p><p>With this data app, you can add, modify or remove entries from the list. Each entry consists of a name, a description, the URL to the image and the scope, that determines to which team this entry is available.</p><p>The image URL can be set to point to an image that is hosted by KNIME. For this choice, you can select the Analytics Platform (AP) version, and whether it should be a minimal image with only the base extensions installed, or a full image with all trusted extensions installed. Alternatively, you can provide your own images, e.g. built with the Executor Image Builder data app, and set the URL to the location where these images are hosted.</p><p>Only global admins have permission to manage the list of executor images.</p>
