This workflow is the first one executed by the model factory. It pulls the data from the ChEMBLdb (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/beta/).
You need an active connection to the database to run the workflow.

The workflow can be substituted by the workflow that access the data locally (e.g. 01_Bioactivity_Prediction_Load_Local)Input: The input of the node contain all parameters as provided by the Modelling_Configuration.table and the Process_Definition.table inModel_Factory WorkflowOutput: Include the path to the preloaded file for the Transform workflow.
