Liquid chromatography-coupled mass-spectrometry introduction

Updated version for KNIME 4.7 and OpenMS 3.0 (nightly). Load mass spectra as tables, filter them and visualize them in different ways.

This workflow demonstrates basic loading of mass-spectrometry experiments (in mzML format) and presenting it with a Bokeh server application (python). For more information see the workflow metadata.
