KNIME_Salesforce_PeopleTable

A common need in Salesforce is to analyze 'people' in an aggregated way. People can exist on both the Lead and Contact objects. This workflow component concatenates both the Lead and Contactobjects (joins them) into a "People Table". If a person (identified using an email address) exists in both the Lead and Contact Object, only the contact object is used. The component allows to add where clauses to fliter the data, for example, CreatedDate > 2022-01-01T00:00:00-00:00We recommend adding a date filter to the Lead Object as those objects tend to be large. Instructions:1. Login with your Salesforce credentials (typically we use OAuth in Browser for ease of use)2. Add any relevant WHERE (filter) clauses for the Lead and/or Contact ojbect. (We recommend date filters for the lead object)3. The first time you use this component, we recommend opening the component and making sure all the required columns are included in both the Salesforce Simple Query Nodes. To make thePeople Table easily accessible, share component after configuring.Common Troubleshooting:- As long as the column name is the same in both the Lead and Contact object, fields will be joined seemlessly. If the variable name varies, some clean up my be needed, using the columnaggregator node. - If you get errors regarding missing columns, open component and review columns included in the Salesforce Simple Query nodes.
