This data app lets you download a snapshot of the Hub usage.

Team admins will have access to the information of their respective teams. Global admin see information of all teams, and can download snapshots. For a full snapshot please have the Global Admin run the data app.

1. Data Collection

This part of the workflow collects all the data accessible to the user.

Hub Maturity Workflow

Currently compatible with Business Hub 1.12 and above with Executor versions 5.3.3 and above and Analytics Platform Versions 5.3.3 and above with connection to a Business Hub 1.12 and above
Connecting to the KNIME Hub

The global Hub admin should run the Hub Maturity Workflow as it contains information on all teams, execution contexts, etc. The Hub Maturity Dashboard at the end of the app has been created to fail if the user is not a global Hub admin or team admin.

The default is "Current", which will authenticate the user that executes the data app against the KNIME Hub.

3. Hub Snapshot

This part of the workflow contains the following:

  • Data summary visualization

  • Hub Snapshot download as a JSON file
