Hierarchical Clustering and Heatmap

This component performs hierarchical clustering on numeric input data. The results are displayed in a composite interactive view containing a dendrogram and a heatmap. The rows of the heatmap are sorted by the associated clusters. The dendrogram view can be used to change the number of clusters.

Options

Select Numeric Columns: Select columns for distance calculation used for clustering. Non-numeric columns will be ignored.

Input Ports

: Input table with numeric columns that are used to calculate the distances for the clustering. Row names will be used for the x-axis of the dendrogram. Row- and column names will be displayed in the heatmap accordingly.

Output Ports

: Input table with column containing associated cluster names
