Removes duplicate restaurant entries based on business_id to ensure each restaurant is counted only once.

Filters to keep only restaurant-level data: name, categories, stars (Right), and review_count.

Keeps only restaurants with valid ratings (stars not missing) and at least 5 reviews.

Groups restaurants by category and calculates:

- Mean rating (average stars per category)

- Total review count per category

- Number of restaurants per category

Sorts categories in descending order by average rating
