Forest Fire Prediction
This workflow tries to predict the potential burning area when a fire occurs in the Montesinho natural park in Portugal. The user provides the rough coordinates where the fire was spotted. The workflow requests current weather data from OpenWeatherMap and predicts the area with the model. The results are shown in a report. The model's data is taken from http://www3.dsi.uminho.pt/pcortez/forestfires/ Additional extensions needed for this workflow: - KNIME Weka Data Mining Integration (3.7) - REST Client - KNIME Math Expression (JEP) - KNIME Open Street Map Integration - KNIME Report Designer - KNIME Nodes to create KNIME Quick Forms
