Yes, the Redfield NLP Nodes work within the KNIME environment. You must have KNIME installed locally on your device. The Redfield NLP Nodes have Python dependencies. So you must have Python installed locally on your device. KNIME is provided with a software called Anaconda that allows to manage Python environments - this is the easiest way to create a new environment and install the packages that will be used within KNIME. Please follow the instructions here to install the Redfield NLP Nodes, apply a license and configure them.
Yes, the Redfield NLP Nodes work on a KNIME Server.
The Redfield NLP Nodes currently support 18 languages. This means that the natural language processing tasks can be performed in these 18 languages. The languages include Catalan, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Norwegian Bokmål, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish + a multilingual model.
In case of unexpected behaviour, please perform these simple steps of self-service first: (1) make sure that you’re running the latest version of the Redfield NLP Nodes (go to File → Update KNIME), and (2) make sure that you’re running an up-to-date browser. If this does not help, please send us an email, including a sample workflow in case you have any specific issues. In case you’re reporting any errors or failing functionality, please also add the corresponding log output. If you would like us to add a new feature or a functionality to the nodes we are open to your ideas and suggestions. Payments can be made by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards. Your credit card statement will mention “Redfield AB” as payment receiver. We use Stripe for credit card payments. After the payment is processed you will receive your licence code within seconds in your inbox. Please drop us a line, in case you need any assistance here or you have some payment questions upfront.
You should receive the trial license within a few minutes. Please check your spam or junk folders in case the email ended up there. In case you are still not receiving an email with your license code, please send us an email and we will help!
The trial licenses are intended for a one time evaluation period as it is stated in our terms and conditions. A trial license gives you the opportunity to explore the full functionality of the Redfield NLP Nodes entirely free of charge and without any risk or obligation. If you would like to continue using the Redfield NLP Nodes after this period it is advisable to buy the licence for that. Your payment will be used to further support the maintenance and improvement of our nodes.
No. The purchase will be for a one year license. Your license will not be automatically extended. To continue using the Redfield NLP Nodes after one year you have to purchase a new license.
