Fingerprint Writer (deprecated)

This node can be used to write a FPS file using knime fingerprints from an input table. The format of the FPS file is mentioned here: http://code.google.com/p/chem-fingerprints/wiki/FPS

Options

Output file:

The location of the output file where the FPS file will be created.

Write row ID

Whether or not the row ids will be written to the FPS file

Id column:

The input column containing the fingerprint Ids in case the user wants to read it from an input column to be written to the .fps file.

Overwrite if file exists

Whether or not the existing FPS file should be overwritten.

Fingerprint column:

The input column containing knime fingerprints.
