Fingerprint Reader (deprecated)

This node can be used to read a FPS file and convert the fingerprint records into knime fingerprints. The format of the .fps file is mentioned here: http://code.google.com/p/chem-fingerprints/wiki/FPS

Options

Selected File

The location of the FPS file containing fingerprint records.

Set Row IDs (Require unique Ids)

Whether or not the row IDs in the output table be overwritten with the Ids read from the FPS file. If this option is checked, the FPS file must have unique fingerprint IDs.
